About this property

Two- to three-bedroom apartments in Limonar, Málaga, with private terraces and panoramic sea views.

East-facing rooms catch the morning light, and each covered terrace extends the living space outdoors, with a solarium above for further outdoor space. The setting is close to the sea, with shops, schools and transport also within easy reach.

Built across 93–178 m², the apartments come with a fully fitted kitchen open to the lounge, a storage room, and private parking with an EV charge point. The gated complex adds a communal pool, a gym, and further parking near the port for residents and guests.

Completion is scheduled for March 2027.

About this development

New-build 2–3 bedroom apartments for sale in Málaga East

This new-build development in Málaga East offers apartments with 2–3 bedrooms. Completion is scheduled for March 2027.

The homes face east. The development has a solarium. A covered terrace forms part of the home's outdoor space.

The homes

The apartments measure 93–178 m² built, with 2–3 bedrooms and 2–4 bathrooms. Homes have a private terrace, and terraces measure 65–186 m². The development has a gated complex with a communal pool, a gym and a storage room included with the residences.

Parking is laid out as open parking and private parking, with an EV charge point. The complex is close to the port, close to shops, close to the sea and close to schools, and sits near transport links. New construction forms the basis of the project.

Life in Málaga East

Pedregalejo is a former fishing neighbourhood in Málaga's eastern district, where the Málaga bourgeoisie built summer residences in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Its seafront promenade is lined with bars and restaurants serving pescaíto frito, and the beach is divided into small coves.

El Palo, about 8.7 km from the city centre, has the Playa de El Palo as its main beach. Its Virgen del Carmen festivities, in the week of 16 July, bring a boat procession and a jábega regatta.

Málaga is Mediterranean, with between 2,800 and 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. The airport, the María Zambrano AVE station, the Cercanías, the Metro, the A-7 and the A-45 all serve the city, and city buses reach Pedregalejo and El Palo. The city's calendar includes the Feria de Málaga in August, Holy Week and the Málaga Film Festival in March or April.

Renting it out

Rental income depends on the location, the home and how it is managed; any return figure is an upper bound, not a forecast, and net income is lower after community fees, tax, insurance and management. Holiday lets in Andalusia need registration as a tourist dwelling, and a community of owners can ban them by a three-fifths vote.

Before you reserve

Check the payment schedule, the bank guarantee on advance payments and the completion date in the contract, and ask for the orientation, floor and storage of the unit you choose.
