Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use vertexspain.com and its forms. It is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

  • NIF: Y3898567N
  • Address: Urbanización Capanes del Golf, Río Real 2C, 29679 Benahavís (Málaga), España

2. What data we collect

Through our forms (the Enquire form, the price-list request on new-development pages and the valuation request on the For Owners page) we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address and message, and, for a valuation request, the type and area of your property. We also record the page or property you wrote to us about, and the date and time of your consent. We store each enquiry in our database (hosted in the European Union, in Ireland) and receive it by email. A phone number or an email is enough for us to reply.

When you contact us through a form, we also store the page you first visited on the Website, the campaign name of the link you came from (if there is one) and the referring website, to understand which channels bring enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we keep this information for as long as the enquiry itself.

Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address and request details, when your browser loads the Website, in order to deliver it and keep it secure.

If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 also collects data about how you use the Website: the pages you view, how long your visit lasts, how you arrived, and general information about your device, browser and approximate location. It runs only after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Details are in our Cookies Policy.

3. Why we use your data

To answer your enquiry and, if you use the valuation form, to prepare a valuation and contact you about it. We use your data only for this purpose. If you accept analytics cookies, we use the aggregate figures from Google Analytics only to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box before you send a form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to dm@vertexspain.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

For Google Analytics, the legal basis is also your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking Accept in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

5. How long we keep your data

For 24 months after you send your enquiry. After that we delete your data, unless you become our client or the law requires us to keep it for longer.

6. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. Your details are used only by us, and are shared only with the service providers below, which process data on our behalf and under our instructions (data processors):

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the Website and measures visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (without cookies). It may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by data protection law.
  • Brevo (France, within the EU) — sends the email that carries your form details to us. It handles the message only to deliver it.
  • Supabase (Ireland, within the EU) — hosts the database in which we store your enquiry.
  • Google Ireland Limited — provides Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. Advertising features are switched off. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by data protection law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to restrict processing and to receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise a right, write to dm@vertexspain.com. We will reply within one month, and may ask you to confirm your identity.

8. Complaints

If you think your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.

9. Cookies

See our Cookies Policy.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
