The current urban plan treats the land as unconsolidated urban land, which means building here is not feasible yet. A PERI (Special Interior Reform Plan) is pending, and it would need an urbanisation project carried out as a cooperative initiative, so the outcome does not rest with the owner alone. A new Marbella urban plan is still at the preliminary stage, so the eventual use of the land is not yet settled. Electricity and drinkable water are already connected to the site, which is a practical starting point once planning moves forward.
